Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 15 days of the order date.

1. Email us at returns@mommygoround.com advising us of your return request.  Please include your original order number in the email. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Package the items to be returned along with the RMA.        
3. Mail the package to:

4. Once the package has been received, we will credit your account for the returned items and, if applicable, sales tax OR ship the exchange item.  The original shipping cost is not refundable.
